Erez's key responsibilities include overall corporate vision, establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors, in addition to customer relations. Erez takes an active hands-on approach to the development and execution of client's projects.

Erez's background includes a business professional of 15 years with a background in financing and consulting. Erez has a track record of launching businesses and bringing organizations to new directions. He is a visionary as an entrepreneur, and IT consultant bringing best business practice to industry. Recently Erez has been featured in IT in Canada, Tech News World, Inc. Technology, MSN Business, Profit Magazine and others for emerging and new technologies, and business practices. Erez has received numerous letters of recognition for outstanding achievements and community service over the past 7 years working with local chambers and charities. Erez sits on several boards of advisors for several organizations including Lenovo, Ingram Micro Canada, and Markham Board of Trade.

Michael Fin

CTO

As M.I.T.'s Chief Technology Officer, Michael Fin handles the technology side of the company, from resource allocation and sales to project management. Michael also works to coordinate and schedule the company's staff members, as well as manage our loyal clients. Michael brings over 15 years of industry experience to M.I.T., is certified in MCSE, MCP and A+, and holds many other various technical certifications. He is the technology expert our clients count on for cost-effective IT strategies and the support they need to back them up.

Nir Tzur

Sales Specialist

Nir Tzur brings ten years of IT industry experience to M.I.T., with expertise in virtualization, SAN, cloud computing and telecom. He is a former product specialist, sales engineer and account manager, making him a valuable asset to both our company and our clients. Nir is committed to the ride to conquer cancer and enjoys watching basketball and movies in his time away from work.

Sebastian Pinnavaria

M.I.T. Consultant

Sebastian Pinnavaria brings 20 years of experience to M.I.T. as an expert technical consultant, specializing in hardware repair. Sebastian attended Seneca College Newham Campus in the Computer Technology Program, where he studied data communications, electronics drafting, computer design and programming. He is A+ Certified and holds many other certifications with some of the world's most renowned technology companies including Microsoft, Toshiba, Lenovo and Apple. In his time away from the office, Sebastian enjoys hunting, fishing, computers and home renovations.

Aaron Gruber

Purchasing / Media Specialist

As the Purchasing and Media Specialist for M.I.T., Aaron Gruber boasts 15 years of industry experience, holds CompTIA A+ Certification and is our resident audio/video expert. He attended the Seneca College of Applied Arts & Technology, where he obtained a degree with honours in Radio Broadcasting. His passion for technology extends beyond the workplace, as he enjoys audio / video production in his free time as well.
