Remote Technical Support
PLEASE NOTE: We bill in quarter hour (15 minutes) increments for remote technical support, for all calls that exceed 5 minutes in length. Billing will be based on your pre-arranged hourly rate.
Our technicians can remotely log into your computer desktop to assist you with suport issues. Here's how it works:
- Call us to let our technicians know that there is an issue: (416) 250 - 1040
- Click on the following button to open up the remote support login screen:
- Fill in your name and company
- You will be asked to install a small application which will allow us to take control of your desktop
- The application will allow you to communicate with our technician via a "chat" window
